About Me
Hello! My name is Nga Yu Lo (pronounced Ah-Yu Lo). I am a naturalized American citizen, born in Hong Kong SAR.
I am an incoming PhD student of Applied Mathematics at the University of Washington. I am interested in the analysis of high dimensional data and structures, with applications in the theory and development of machine learning algorithms. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Math and Computer Science at Macaualy Honors College at Hunter College CUNY. Preciously, I have worked on understanding neural representations in artifiicial neural networks and the biological brain.
